Description
This winter has been so long it was looking doubtful spring would ever appear! These tiny miniature crocus were in full bloom yesterday on the lawn of the Royal Botanical Gardens, Hamilton, Ontario. The lawn had been planted with 200,000 bulbs last fall.

Thanks so much, April... even having spent half the winter in south Florida, it has been an extremely long season this year. There are still no leaves on trees here! These little flowers were such a wonderful sight.
