Description
November 23, 2009. Our recent weather has been unusually warm for SW Ontario. Almost 40*F with a big red sun burning through the early morning haze. While taking pictures of water droplets on the branches of a tree, I noticed a dragon fly hanging there. Covered in the heavy dew, the sunlight caused its wings to shine like a wee light bulb. Then I realized there were dozens of them nestled into to the trees and bushes along the path beside the pond. Had they hatched in this warmer weather, or do they migrate? An awesome sight to say the least, so I'm sharing them with you.
